A sweet delicacy of South Odisha Ingredients 1cup atta 4 tbl spoon ghee Jaggery as for your taste 1/4 cup milk 2 tbl spoon grated coconut For decoration dry fruits as you wish Method Heat a thick pan,add atta and ghee,stir constantly for 10 to 15 minutes till the become little bit brown in colour. Now add jaggery..stir constantly, let it be caramelized. ..then sprinkle the milk, stir constantly add coconut…spread it on a plate..let it be cold…cut into small pieces, decorate with dry fruits.
