Corn floor
Maida

Paneer
Noodles

Ajinomoto use krte h but me nhi krti bcoz vo a66a nhi hota health k liye mostly bones k liye ..👍

Ab sab veges ko patla patla kato or onion ko cubes me n rings me b ,
Shimla mirch ko b cubes me katlo .

~ For rice ~
Sabse pele rice ko boil krlo a66e se jese alag alag ho chipke huye nhi , ho sake to ku6 der pele hi kr k rakho .ab kadayi me thoda oil dalo fr shimla mirch , onion dalke thoda saute karo ab baki ki sabjiya dalo fr usme pake huye rice dalo , ab namak , soya sauce , red chilli sauce , green chilli sauce , vinegar , ginger , garlic sab dalke a66e se fry karo , upar se spring onion dal k serve karo ..👍

~ noodles ~
Sabse pele noodles ko boil karo thoda namak add kar k ,boil ho jaye to 6anni me nikal lo fr upar thanda pani dal do , ab same style se fry karo jese rice kiye ..👍

~ manchurian ~

Sab sabji ko chop karlo fr usme thoda maida n cornfloor add karo , fr namak n white paper dalke a66e se mix karo fr uske gole bana k fry karlo ..👍
Fr jese fry rice n noodles fry kiye same method se manchurian b fry karo srf isme cornfloor paste b add krni h 2 spoon ..
*Cornfloor paste k liye katori me 1 table spoon cornfloor n u cup water add karo ho gayi paste ready ..👍

~ paneer chilli ~
Sabse pele ek 6ote bowl me 2 tea spoon maida n 2 tea spoon cornfloor ab iska gol banalo pani dalke n isme namak n white paper add karo as per taste .
Ab paneer k cube isme deep kr k fry krlo like pakoda ..
Fr jese baki ki dishes fry ki vese paneer chilli b krlo ..👍

Ab sizzler tava lo or usee bht garam karo , jab tak sizzler tava garam hota h tab tak cabbage ki katori me sab dishes dalo jese mene kiya h ..ab garam tave ko lakde ki tray me rakh k usme thoda butter dalo n fatafat katories rakhte jao ..upar se thode spring onion sprink karo ready h
