Silver Fish Curry


  1. Clean wash and marinate fish pieces with salt,turmeric and chilly powder.
  2. For wet grinding take 1 bowl of fresh scraped coconut,1/2 chopped onion,little ginger,dhaniya dry,1/2 tsp til/sesame,coriander leaves,2 green chilly,7-8 dry badgi mirchi grind to fine paste.
  3. In cooking pan add spoon of oil,1/2 chopped onion,heat to light brown,add mustard,curry leaves,1/2 chopped tomato,chilly powder,turmeric,hing, according to spicy add red chilly powder,then add grind ed paste sufficient water and salt,little cocum or tamarind,add fish pieces before it comes to boil,add coriander leaves,with 5-7 minutes curry will be ready, great taste of this fish do try
