Sheppard’s Pie – Yasmin

Sheppard’s Pie
750 g meat mince /keema
6 medium size potatoes boil and mashed
1 cup boil carrots ,corns and green peas
1 cup cheese greated
1 tbs ginger garlic paste
2 tbs milk
2 medium size chopped onion
1 tomato chopped
2 tbs tomato paste
1 tbs parsely
1 tbs red chilli flakes
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp dhaniya powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbs black pepper powder
Salt to taste
Oil
Wash and clean meat mince properly.
Heat oil in a pan ,add jeera , chopped onions sauté 2 minutes after add Ginger garlic paste after few minute add mince , sauté 5 to 6 minutes after add all spices and sauté 5 minutes more, than add chopped tomatoes mix well and cover and cook slow flame until all water is dry and mince cook properly after turn off flame .and add chopped coriander leaves.
In a boil and mashed potatoes add little salt , black pepper powder ,milk, half cheese and mix well ,
Now in a baking dish pour mince mixture after pour mashed potatoes and sprinkle rest cheese on top of the mashed potatoes layer ,after sprinkle some chilly flackes,and some parsely leave and bake 350 degree , 12 to 15 minutes .after cool down and serve.
