3 medium sized boiled potatoes peeled and mashed
3/4 cup coarsely crushed corn kernels
Shredded carrot – half cup
Finely chopped coriander n mint leaves
Shredded ginger – 1 inch piece
Breadcrumbs – 1tbsp
Cornflour – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chopped green chilli – 1
Red chilly powder – 1tsp
Garam Masala -1tsp
Dry mango powder -1tsp
Oil for frying
Ice cream sticks -8
Mix potatoes, carrot, corn kernels, finely chopped coriander n mint leaves, ginger , all the spices, breadcrumbs n cornflour.
Keep in fridge for an hour. Now apply this mixture on ice cream sticks in such a way just like kebabs on skewers. Heat oil for frying in a deep pan. Deep fry two to three sticks in one go. Don’t over crowd the pan. Fry till golden. Take it out when done. Serve hot with green mint chutney. Sprinkle chaat Masala before you serve.
PS – You can add green peas or paneer or cheese or any other vegetable of your choice.
