Recipe of Mushroom Noodles Soup
Ingredients
Mushrooms – sliced
Cabbage – cut into big cube like pieces
Carrot – cut into lengthwise
French beans – cut into one inch piece
Spring onion – cut the white portion into a inch long piece n use  the green portion for garnish
Finely chopped garlic
Shredded ginger
Boiled noodles of your choice
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder
Green chili sauce
Oil – two spoons
Method
Heat two spoons oil in a wok , first add sliced mushrooms , then add finely chopped garlic, saute it. Later add French beans, carrots, cabbage , shredded ginger, spring onion and add salt n pepper n mix well.  Add water n bring it to boil. Don’t over boil, let the veges be crunchy n chewy. Add green chilli sauce n stir well. Lastly add cornstarch to thicken the soup. Now the last part is how u serve it. Take a bowl in which you like to serve soup, preferably little deep. Put boiled noodles and pour the soup over it. Garnish with the green portion of spring onion .
