Recipe of Corn Kheer – Rachana Nagrani

Ingredients
Milk – 1 litre
corn – one cup
saffron – 8 to 10 strands
cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
almonds and pistachios
sugar – 1/3 cup
Method
Boil the milk and keep stirring it on low flame. Keep cooking till it reduces to its half quantity. on the other hand boil the corns and keep aside. When the milk is done, add cardamom powder, corns, saffron, almonds, sugar. while adding sugar keep in mind the corns are also sweet so it requires less sugar. Stir well and turn off the stove. While serving garnish it with pistachios over the top.
