1 lt cow milk
2 TBS lemon juice
Sugar 1&1/2 cup
Water 4 cup
Saffron pinch
Cardamom powder 1/2 ts

Take one pain boil milk when it once boil add lime juice 2 tbs lime juice+2 tbs water add it now slowly add in milk and stir it slowly now curdled milk. when it occurred then off the flame.now strain in net strainer or muslin cloth now 2/3 glass water pour on it to remove it’s sourness.now hang it for 30 mini then squeeze excess water gently now take out on plate now knead it gently till release fat when it released fat stop kneading now make small ball then take sugar in broad pan or cooker add water & boil it on medium flame now add saffron & cardamom powder. when bubbles came gently add ball then cover it now do flame on high medium. let it keep for 5 mini now once turn them gently now cover the lid for 7/8 mini then stop flame & cool it at room temperature.15/16 rasgulla are ready from dis. now keep it in fridge.Serve cool yummm rasgulla is ready to serve friends 😍
