Broken wheat date khir

Broken wheat (fine) & if u Hv coarsely then grind it lit. 1/4 cup
Date 5
Milk 1&1/2 cup
Water 1 cup
Saffron pinch
Card mom coarse 1/2 ts
Sugar 35 g

Take broken wheat soak it for 15 mini now tk 1 pan heat it thn add soaked wheat thn stir it now add water now whn it absorb add milk now add date & sugar or sugar free if u want avoid sugar or diabetic now cook it properly now stir it well so it’s nt occur any lump.now whn it consistency thicken thn off the flame and add cardmom powder & saffron stir it now let it be cool..at room temperature.Thn store in fridge aft 1 hour tk out it now garnish wid blanched pista ..& saffron..Serve cool…Taste is awesome just once try frnd a healthy nutritive dessert..It’s my own innovative dish hope u like it friends..💖
