Papad Kebabs- Rachna

Freshly made PAPAD KEBABS or PAPAD ROLLS, tried for the first time n turned out very yumm. Something new and innovative to serve as a starter in any party.
INGREDIENTS
Papads
Boiled potato
shredded carrot
boiled mutter
mint leaves choppes
coriander leaves chopped
broken cashews
salt to taste
cumin powder
dry mango powder
ginger paste
garam masala optional
red chilli powder
METHOD
Soak the papads in water for few minutes so that they become soft n easy to roll. Meanwhile quickly make the stuffing, heat a spoon of oil, add boiled n mashed potatoes, shredded carrots n mutter, add the spices n cashews n mix well. Now take out the papads from water and fill this stuffing and roll it. Be little patient and gentle while rolling. it takes time to stuff in and roll. Heat oil for deep frying.
Just deep fry these rolls till crispy n golden. Take it out on paper napkin so that the extra oil is soaked on paper napkin. Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney with onion rings on the side.
PS – The stuffing can be made in different variations, as per your choice of veges.
