Odia cuisine The most famous street food of western Odisha….Chaula Bara, Khatamitha tentel (tanruli) paaen, Aloo tarkari.. 1.Chaulabara made out of preboild rice(usuna chaula) and black gram (Biri),the proportion is 6:1….soaked for overnight then make a thick paste batter,add salt,cumin seeds, chopped onion(optional)and chili …then deep fry till it crispy… 2.Khatamitha tentel paaen…i have added tamarind pulp water, salt, suger, chopped coriander leaves and green chilies….Most I love the tentel paeen😋 3.Aloo tarkari…. Is just like aloodum,boil the potatoes, remove skin,cut into square pieces keep aside…heat oil in a pan add oil,chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, salt… Stir constantly, stir for 5 to 10 minutes add the potatoes and water let it cook for 5 minutes…
