Today i made a healthy tempting & eazy to make dish…Oats & daliya veg upma.
Both ingredients are so rich in nutrition value as well as veges too..
Oats daliya veg upma
Daliya 1 cup
Oil 2 tbs(u can tk less oil to do healthy more)
Green chilli 2
Garlic 3/4 cloves
Salt as per taste
Veges (carrot potato capcicum tomatoes mutter French beans)
Take your veges as per ur taste.
Roast oats 2/3 mini now soak daliya for 20 mini.
Take one pan add oil now heat it.then add jeera when it crackle add onion garlic saute till lit pink now add all veges turn by turn saute till half cook now add oats & daliya then add all seasoning add water now cook it properly when all water soak & veges cook properly off the flame..ur tasty healthy upma is ready to eat
