Multi Lentil Dhokla- Parul Shah

Today i made healthy delicious Multi lentil dhokla🍲 which is Gujarati cuisine & now famous in all over country & abroad too..
I do lit twist & made it as healthy version. its so healthy & tempting in taste wid spicy dip..just loving it..😍

Ingredients:

1 cup rice
1/4 cup tuardal
1/4 cup chanadal
1/4 cup urad dal
1/4 cup moong dal (yellow)
1/4 cup masoor dal
1/4 ts haldi(optional)
1/2 ts baking soda
1 cup curd (can also use buttermilk)
2 TBS oil

Method:

Soak all ingredients for 6/7 hours.then grind it coarsely now add curd mix it well.then keep a side at warm place for 2 hours now heat dhokla stand add water when it boil at dat time add baking soda haldi & oil now stir continuously in one direction thn apply oil on plate now spread bater.sprinkle mirch powder or black papper powder on bater.now place it in dhokla stand. cook it for 8/10 mini ur tempting dhokla is ready to eat..wid spicy dip..💛

Spicy dip😈

Ingredients:

Tomatoes 2 big
Onion 1medium
Oil 2 tbs
Chanadal 1 TBS
Udad dal 1 TBS
Curry leaves 5/6
Whole red chillies medium 4/5
Jeera 1 ts
Salt as per taste

Method:

Take a pan heat oil add jeera when it crackle add curry leaves & red chillies now add chana dal saute it thn add udad dal saute it when change its lit color add onion now saute it when it cms lit translucent add chopped tomatoes now saute till it proper cook due to it sourness & onions sharpness goes away.now let it be cool at room temperature now grind it in mixer add salt mix it well ur tempting chutney is ready to serve..💜
