Today i made a popular cuisine of Maharashtra which is a delicious yumm dessert “Shrikhand”

Today i do lit twist in it & made mango dis hot weather it taste like a heavenly..just loving it..💛

Mango Shrikhand 🍋


Hung curd 2 cup
Powdered sugar 1/2 cup
Mango puree 1 cup
1 chopped (lit square) alphonso mango(optional)
1/2 ts cardmom powder
Pinch saffron
1 tbs blanched & chopped almond & pistachios


Take 4 cup curd & make it hung curd from it.
It will be ready 2 cup hung curd.{method of hung curd :all curd put in muslin cloth or net thn hang it for 30 to 45 mini. hung curd is ready.

Now add mango puree sugar whisk it properly now add mango square thn fridge it for 2 hours now garnish wid chopped almond pistachios & pinch saffron.

So yumm delicious mango shrikhand is ready to serve…😍
