Kadhai Mashroom Crafted by – Rachana Nagrani

“Mushrooms” – One of my favorite when it comes to vegetarian dishes. Mushrooms are also the only vegan non fortified dietary source of vitamin D. Vegans do not consume any animal products so mushrooms can offer an alternative source of this important vitamin. Mushrooms are high in antioxidants just like carrots, tomatoes, green and red peppers. They are also great sources of protein, fiber, vitamin B, vitamin C, calcium, minerals and selenium.

Tasty TalesWhen buying mushrooms at the market, choose ones that are firm, dry and unbruised. Avoid mushrooms that appear slimy or withered. I often make mushrooms for myself and today I tried making “Kadhai Mushroom”. Sharing the recipe of the same with you all. I hope all mushroom lovers are gonna like it. So here you go
