Hung curd sprout salad

Ingredients:- Hung curd- 1 cup

Mung sprouts – 1/2 cup

Tomatoes-2 nos( diced)

Pomegranate – 1/2 cup

Dates-8-10

Method πŸ™ pitted and mashed Few walnuts and almonds -broken into small pieces Chikoo- peeled and cut into small squares Green chillies-2 finely cut *Can add any fruit of ur choice.Black Grapes add to colour and taste in ur plate Method- mix dates with hung curd so that the curd takes the sweetness.Add salt to ur taste. Mix well . Add all other ingredients and mix. Keep in the fridge to chill for some time. ** This is a wonderful post workout or mid day meal. It provides required nutrition and is a good energy booster that helps in weight loss as well. Keeps stomach filled for a longer time.
