“When will I see my husband cooking!!”
This is every woman’s desire. While there are some women out there who prefer to take on kitchen duties and don’t want a man in the kitchen. Most modern women find a man who can cook pleasing in many different ways. Women love to watch a man cooking. Man in the kitchen is super sexy. It’s hard not to fall in love with the man watching him cook. There is something sensual about cooking, even if it is simply making a drink or a cup of tea or coffee. In short a man who can cook can add something positive into woman’s life. That is a desirable trait!
I first saw my husband cooking a meal on Sunday
that too with ease, was a big surprise for me. He cooks rarely but he is amazing. Sharing the recipe of his signature dish….”Andaa Keema” which we generally have with kulcha.
4 boiled eggs chopped into small pieces
Minced chicken – half cup (optional)
Onion paste – 1.5 cup( onion cooked till golden n then made paste in grinder)
Tomato puree – 1 cup
2 to 3 green chilies finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste – 4tsp
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 2 tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Garam Masala – 2 tsp
Coriander leaves for garnish
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan, add cumin and then ginger garlic paste. Later add onion paste and cook on low flame. Add minced chicken to it, mix well n let it simmer. Now add tomato puree to it and add all other spices. Keep stirring. Lastly add chopped boiled eggs, also add little water and cook till you get the desired consistency. Check if its cooked properly. Turn off the stove. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with kulcha and lachha onions.
