Ingds:- For chicken marinade:- Chicken- 200 gms boneless)
Apple cider vinegar- 3 tbsps Salt – 1/3 tsp
Black pepper- 1/2 tsp
For Apple sauce:- Red Apple- 1
Garlic cloves- 8-10 crushed
Apple juice- 1/2 cup
Cinnamon pwd- 1/2 tsp
Dhania pwd-1/2 tsp
Red chilli color pwd- 1 tsp
Olive oil-2 tbsp Salt to taste
Method:-   Put chicken in a glass bowl and put in the Marinade ingds and set aside for half an hour Meanwhile prepare the sauce. Take a PAN with olive oil and set on low flame. Once the oil is warm add crushed garlic. Sauté till it turns light brown. Then add finely chopped onions and sauté more . Let the onions get crispy brown. Once done switch off the gas and let it cool. In a skillet take a bit of oil and and add chicken pieces. Cook on low flame till it gets tender then add the marinade on it and let it cook for few more mns.keep checking to see if it is done. Do not overcook as chicken has a tendency to get rubbery if over cooked. Set aside Once garlic onion mixture cools make a paste of it in the mixer. Add this paste to a pan and let it simmer . Add Dhandia pwd,red chilli pwd, cinnamon pwd and salt.simmer till all flavours blend. Crush half Apple in the mixer and add to this sauce. Simmer for 5 more mns.Thinly slice rest of the 1/2 Apple and add to the sauce with chicken.Add 1/2 cup Apple juice. Cover with lid and simmer for another 5-7 mns.garnish with green coriander leaves and serve with rice.
