Rajasthani cooking was influenced by both the war-like lifestyles of its inhabitants and the availability of ingredients in this arid region.[1] Food that could last for several days and could be eaten without heating was preferred. Other famous dishes include Bajre ki roti (millet bread) and Lashun ki chutney (hot garlic paste), Mawa Kachori from jodhpur, Alwar ka mawa, Malpauas from pushkar and Rassgollas from Bikaner.[2] Originating for the Marwar region of the state is the concept Marwari Bhojnalaya, or vegetarian restaurants, today found in many part of India, which offer vegetarian food of theMarwari people.

Tandoor ki Breadmust tell you.. It was awesome… the food was so yummy you just cant believe that what you had been missing… but I am giving below some of the complimentary things which you will get .. and they do not run any promo..

1. Very Unhygienic conditions.

2. Waiter/Crockery is too dirty.. over all ambience is really not fit for eating… but let me tell you one wahy out GET IT PACKED and eat at Home…. Must recommend…. THE TASTE WAS SUPERB…Nasik Visit 329
