Chakuli Dhania(Coriander)Chutney

Ingredients:_

  1. Skinned Moongdal  1/2 kg
  2. Four medium sized green chilies A piece (medium size)
  3. Half cup of grated coconut
  4. Half cup of chopped coriander
  5. Salt to taste Oil

Method-Shok the moong dal for four hours. Blend it by adding green chilies and ginger… Make a thick batter. Now add salt chopped onion, tomato, coriander leaves and grated coconut mix well…. Take a non stick frying pan,heat it in a low flame, spread oil,put one scoop,spread such like dosa…cook both sides… Serve hot with any type of curry or chutney
