Borhani
A traditional drink from Bangladesh. It is curd based drink and must in every wedding
ceremony or special occassions.
Ingredients
Curd – 3 cups
Mint leaves
Corriander leaves
Green chilli 1
Roadted crushed cumin- 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
White mustard powder – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
White pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 3 tsp
Salt
Method
Make paste of mint, corriander and green chilli separately. Add 1 Tsp each to 1/2 cup water and strain well. Add strained water in curd
Add 1 cup water and all other ingredients. Mix very well. Serve
cold.
