Hi frndzz..
Today I made a simple yet so tempting rcp chhole paratha & mirchiwada..💚
Chhole is a north Indian is a original cuisine of India & Pakistan.. mostly its a dinner stuff..mirchiwada is a rajsthani item & also popular in Gujarat yumm tongue tickling in taste..😍



1&1/2 cup raw white chana
1cup onion
4 tomatoes puree
2tbs ginger garlic paste
1&1/2 ts red chill powder
2&1/2 TBS garammasala powder
1 TBS coriander pow.
Turmeric 1/2ts
Salt as per taste
Dry mango powder
2 aamla
1ts chai patti
Oil 3/4tbs
Bayleaf 2
Black cardamom 4
Ajwain 1/2 ts

Soak chana overnight at mrng cook in cooker wid salt aamla & 1 ts chai patti cover with muslin cloth .now take one kadai now add oil then on the flame when oil heated then add bayleaf now add cardamom ajwain now crackle it then add onion add ginger garlic paste now saute till it lit brown now add tomatoes puree cook it 3/4 add all seasoning then saute properly when oil leave edges then add chana now mix it properly now add water as per required then smash chana lit to become thicken add coriander. Off the flame..ur tempting chhole is ready to serve.,.💛
